constructed our eight foot pan (with ten foot handle) from over 800 pounds of stainless steel.

The crowd gathers...More than 5000 people
turned up to enjoy the festivities
and sample the omelette at the Inaugural Festival Francaise.
Ready to serve...Chevaliers (chefs) representing
four cities on two continents have prepared a Virginia-style omelette
big enough to feed a village. The recipe included five thousand eggs, fifty-two pounds of butter,
four gallons of chopped onions, a pound of pepper, and twenty pounds of Virginia ham.
The meal was completed with a hundred large loaves of bread.
