This organization is dedicated to 1) cultivating a special friendship and cultural exchange between citizens of Frejus, France and the Fredericksburg Region; 2) contributing to international understanding in a direct way; and 3) broadening the educational horizons of children and adults in the community through exchanges of information, ideas and people. We have been a Sister City with Frejus since 1980. The success of any volunteer organization depends on the membership, on those who are involved in a personal way, and on those who support the organization in a financial way.
